Terms of service

By enrolling in the 90 Day Lock In Certified Coach Program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and understand that this opportunity is available exclusively to certified personal trainers.

You agree to provide valid proof of your active personal-training certification within 72 hours of enrollment. Howard Legacy Group LLC may request additional information to verify your certification. If you do not provide acceptable proof within 72 hours, or if your certification cannot be verified, your enrollment may be canceled.

All sales are final. Your $299 enrollment payment is non-refundable, including if you fail to submit proof of certification, fail the certification review, choose not to move forward, do not use the program, or are removed for violating program terms or brand standards, except where a refund is required by law.

You authorize Howard Legacy Group LLC to charge $299 today for your initial enrollment. Beginning 30 days after your enrollment date, you authorize Howard Legacy Group LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method $49 per month for continued access to the 90 Day Lock In Coach Collective, coach resources, and applicable program tools.

Your monthly membership will continue until canceled according to the cancellation instructions provided by Howard Legacy Group LLC. Cancellation stops future monthly charges but does not refund payments already processed.

Howard Legacy Group LLC does not guarantee income, sales, clients, business growth, or any particular financial result. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, qualifications, marketing, client service, compliance, and other factors outside of Howard Legacy Group LLC’s control.

You are an independent business owner and are solely responsible for your coaching services, business decisions, client communications, certifications, insurance, taxes, legal compliance, and conduct. You may not make medical claims, guaranteed weight-loss claims, or other unauthorized claims while representing the 90 Day Lock In brand.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Howard Legacy Group LLC is not responsible for claims, losses, injuries, damages, penalties, or liabilities arising from your independent coaching services, your actions or omissions, your clients, or your use of the program.

By completing enrollment, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms, including the non-refundable $299 enrollment fee and recurring $49 monthly membership charge.

 

All Sales Are Final

All payments made to Howard Legacy Group LLC for the 90 Day Lock In Certified Coach Program, including the $299 enrollment fee and all monthly membership payments, are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including failure to provide proof of active personal-training certification within 72 hours, failure to complete enrollment requirements, inability to participate, lack of use, cancellation, or removal from the program for violation of program terms.
