TAKE THE 90 DAY LOCK IN PLEDGE
On this day, ____________, at ____________ AM/PM, in the year ____________, I make this commitment to myself.
I understand that the next 90 days are not about being perfect. They are about proving to myself that I can become disciplined enough to honor what I say I want.
Today, I stop waiting for motivation. I stop negotiating with the version of me that makes excuses, quits when things get uncomfortable, and continuously postpones the life I know I am capable of creating.
For the next 90 days, I choose discipline over distraction, consistency over convenience, and commitment over temporary feelings.
I vow to show up for myself even on the days when I am tired, discouraged, frustrated, busy, emotional, or tempted to quit. I understand that some days I will feel powerful and other days I may simply have to keep going. Both count.
I commit to taking care of my body, protecting my mind, respecting my time, and becoming intentional about the choices I make. I will nourish myself, move my body, drink my water, work toward my goals, speak to myself with purpose, and hold myself accountable.
I will remember that every promise I keep to myself builds trust with myself.
I refuse to abandon myself simply because progress feels slow.
I refuse to let one bad meal become a bad week, one missed workout become quitting, one difficult day become an excuse to return to old habits, or one setback convince me that I have failed.
I will reset. I will refocus. I will continue.
For these 90 days, I am not competing with anyone else. I am confronting the person I used to be and creating the person I have decided to become.
I understand that this commitment may require sacrifice. It may require saying no when I used to say yes. It may require waking up earlier, staying focused longer, changing routines, establishing boundaries, and choosing what I want most over what feels good in the moment.
I accept that responsibility.
Because my goals deserve more than my wishes.
They deserve my discipline.
When these 90 days are over, I want to be able to look back and know that I did not abandon myself when things became difficult. I want to know that I kept going long enough to meet a version of myself I have never met before.
So today, I make this vow:
I will show up.
I will follow through.
I will keep my word to myself.
I will not quit on myself.
I will finish what I started.
For the next 90 days, I am LOCKED IN.
Not because someone is forcing me.
Not because I need to prove anything to the world.
Because I owe it to myself to discover what happens when I finally give my goals my full commitment.
I choose myself.
I choose my future.
I choose discipline.
I choose the 90 Day Lock In.
My goal for these 90 days:
What I am leaving behind:
Who I am becoming:
